House, built as an office and residence for staff of arboriculturist Adolf Papeleu from 1847; located in the back with gravel path. Commemorative stone in the façade, installed in 1959, "commemoration of the stay of Adolf Papeleu, founder of the tree nursery 1847-1859". The house was initially six bays wide, and was split into two residential units around 1921. Currently partly detached house of three bays with arched door with frame in painted sintered brick with arched drip moulding. The adjoining part on the right has been renovated.
