Eclectic country house with a significantly renovated coach house, nicknamed 'Castle Lost Forest' and currently used as a center for youth tourism, built around 1899-1900 according to the design of the Ghent architect Emile Van Hoecke-Peeters on behalf of industrialist Gonzales Gabriel Cock. The country house is a typical example of luxurious country houses built by industrialists around the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century at the green outskirts of a city. The residence is located in the protected landscape Buylaers-Lost Forest (Ministerial Decree of May 11, 1992).
