Hospital road no. 35. Historical farm, so-called "Groenendal". The oldest mention dates back to 1699; depicted on the Ferraris map (1770-1778) and the Atlas of Local Roads (1843). Completely burned down in 1904 and fully rebuilt that same year. Low, loose components, grouped in more or less U-shape. To the north, a brick farmhouse made of red brick decorated with yellow brick for the framing of segment-arched wall openings; crenellated eaves. Adjacent bakehouse under the same gable roof (still in operation). To the west, a barn with year anchors (1904) under a lightly curved gable roof, facade rhythmically arranged by pilasters and recessed savings fields, far right a shrine. Adjacent anchored brick stables under a lower gable roof. BONCQUET P., DECALUWÉ C., Marke, in Rural life and farm guide Great Kortrijk, part 2, Tielt, 1986, p. 76-77.
