With no less than six televisions in the establishment, you won't miss any of the (course) news at café De Karper. The café is the business of the father and sister of former Ghent cycling star Iljo Keisse, and numerous photos illustrate this as well. With manager Ronie, you probably have the best-informed cycling café owner in Flanders. De Karper is located at a busy intersection, making it impossible to have a terrace. There is also no bicycle storage, but if the group is not too large, bikes are allowed inside, and the operators also provide a large cable with a lock. And for those who want something different: play a game of darts. There are sufficiently spacious restrooms.
