Nr. 3. Town Hall. Single house with three bays and two floors under a gabled roof (mechanical tiles) on wooden corbels and chimneys; interrupted by dormers under slate gabled roofs, among others crowned by witches. Red brick construction; bluestone for the plinth, lower sills, and keystones of the round-arched wall openings. Brick frieze on the parapet. Bronze memorial plaque on the right with the inscription: "Tribute to Warden Oom. A. Edward Vermeulen. Beselare 19-4-1861 + Hooglede 6-7-1934. Gratefully remembered on June 25, 1961. From our people - for our people." Bluestone memorial stone with the inscription: "This was presented by the people of Beselare 7 October 1945 in commemoration of the visit of 10 CND. FD. SON. R.C.E. to Beselare March 1945. An expression of goodwill and admiration to the Canadian soldier by the citizens of Beselare."
