Cijnsdreef No. 3. Farm "De Baliebrugge" cf. named after the nearby historical district. Originally a farm from around 1900 cf. not yet indicated on the Cabinet map of the Austrian Netherlands, included at the initiative of Count de Ferraris (1770-1778), but already shown on the primitive cadastre plan (circa 1835). To the south of the farm, a perpendicular wing was built at the beginning of the 19th century. In 1911, the western part of the farmhouse was partially demolished. The second wing was demolished even later. A farm of the long-gable type with an incorporated stable, located at the end of a meadow with fruit trees, roughly parallel to the Torhoutsestraat. Single-storey anchored brick construction topped with a renewed, tile gable roof. Salmon pink painted facade decorated with decorative plaster cf. decorative joints, elaborated lintels, etc. Rectangular openings with renewed woodwork. Stable area with two door openings side by side at the front. Side wall on the Cijnsdreef side with a niche in which a statue of Mary is placed.
