Waggelwaterstraat number 4. Clubhouse of the rowing club or so-called "Sport Nautique". Originally located along the Komvest. After the implementation of the Stübben plan, the association moved to the Oostende-Brugge-Gent canal. Thanks to a generous donor, they were able to acquire a piece of land at the Waggelwater. In 1911-1912, a clubhouse was built in a sort of chalet style. A wide house of three bays and two building layers under a gabled roof with a slight slope and a protruding eaves with serrated boarding. Covered with Flemish tiles. Yellow brick construction with pseudo half-timbering. The base is provided with large gates. The floor is accessible via two staircases leading to the wide balcony with wooden railings, protruding in the middle. Large rectangular wall openings with small grid division.
