Former town hall of Serskamp, now a service center and library. As the town hall of Serskamp, it was established in 1966-67 according to the design by architect Willy Saverys (Astene). Situated at the village square in the street wall opposite the village church. Brick construction of two stories under a gable roof (tile) with a central chimney. The façade is clad with hardstone slabs except for the uneven corner pilasters and features rectangular wall openings. The wide central wing door is preceded by a staircase, and the façade-wide balcony with door windows and flagpoles on the upper floor gives the building a modest official appearance.
