The cement-grey Terlinden chapel is somewhat hidden under the foliage of some large linden trees in Heikruis, near Pepingen. A valuable heritage gem that is inextricably linked to the Castle Ter Rijst. Hubert Jolly – a descendant of the Lords of Ter Rijst – donated the protected monument to the municipality in 2020. She owes its name to the lime trees that surround the building. In 2004 the chapel was protected as a monument.
