Les Ateliers Chocolat of Pascal Bedeur offer cycles of 4 Thursday workshops for discovering – or rediscovering – the various stages of the making of chocolate from the bean to the finished product, from pre-crystallisation to pralines being moulded
and pressed via, for the eagle-eyed, ganaches and assembly processes ... with tasting at every stage ! Option of birthday parties for little chocolate fans.
