The castle of Rond-chêne is located not far from the center of Esneux on the left bank of the Ourthe and dates in its current form from the end of the 17th century. Formerly owned by the Abbey of Saint-Laurent. The outbuildings date from the 17th and 18th centuries. The castle is built of natural and brick, while the outbuildings are made of yellow sandstone. Today it is owned by the French Community, which organizes forest classes there. The castle can be visited by appointment.
