It is especially the tower of this collegiate church which gives it the interesting touch because it was an ideal observation post and part of the city's first defence under the rule of Notger. The nave of the church, dating from the 11th century, is one of the oldest in Liège. In the church you may admire a masterpiece of 16th century wood scupture "An Altarpiece of the Passion".
