Experience a day of extreme adventures! Depending on your wishes, the Barchon fort offers you packages that are suitable for mountaineering or caving enthusiasts. All you need to do is make up a group of 15 people minimum. A rather original way of exploring this history-steeped place! Indeed, the Fort de Barchon was part of the fortified position of Liège, which was built by General Brialmont in 1888. It is a remarkable specimen of a 1914 fort which was re-armed in 1940. To find out more, a guided tour is organised every second Sunday of the month, from April to November. This tour lasts 2 hours 30 minutes and sets off at 2 p.m. The tour is also open on other days of the year by appointment, for a group of 15 people minimum. Contact the site to find out booking conditions.
