Description

Created in 1829 by a young music-loving resident of Herve, the Société Royale d'Harmonie acquired a piece of land not too far from the Vesdre river in 1832. In this park you can still see remnants of Verviers’ last bandstand, inaugurated on 13 August 1854, a listed monument since 1982 and restored in 1994.
