Semi-detached workers' house, presumably dating from the beginning of the 20th century, with front garden closed by fencing of concrete pillars and tubular steel. Wide house with double house stand of three bays and one storey under tiled gable roof. Anchored brown brick construction using orange brick for the roller layers and protruding strut layer. Cemented plinth. Segmental arched wall openings whose shuttered windows are filled in by preserved windows.
