Val-Meer is a district within the Belgian municipality of Riemst. It consists of the villages of Meer and Val.
From prehistoric times, a flint axe was found. Especially from the Roman period, important finds were made, such as traces of a Roman settlement on the Meerberg, and a Roman grave. In 1966, the remains of a Roman villa were uncovered on the Meerberg.
