The original Diksmuidse Bloemmolens, located on the Yser, were destroyed during the heavy fighting of the First World War. At the end of the 20th century, new flour mills were built on the current site, which still contain the old machines. On the same site, the Hof ter Bloemmolens residential area was constructed. You can view the old machines, but you must first make a reservation at the Tourist Office.
