Archaeological site expanded into a national open-air museum. Foundations of the Benedictine abbey that dominated life in Ename from 1063 to 1795. Through the Time Window, one can see virtual images of the abbey and the abbey church throughout the centuries. Located on the banks of the Scheldt. Combination possible with visits to the Forest of Ename, the Provincial Archaeological Museum Ename, and the specially restored Saint Lawrence Church.
