Curiously, this walk through the Molsbroek nature reserve starts in the crowded city center, on the Grote Markt of Lokeren. We immediately cross the Durme and follow this river to the park of Verloren Bos. We are now up to our ears in greenery, and it stays that way for most of the walk. After all, we walk through the Buylaers nature reserve to the Molsbroek. This nature reserve is completely surrounded by a paved promenade, which we completely dismount.
