These two buildings can be found next to each other on the largest market square in Belgium. The Cipierage is an old prison from 1662 in Flemish Renaissance style. The Parish House dates from 1663 and is built in Baroque style. It was also the first town hall of Sint-Niklaas. Both buildings currently house info.waasland, an interactive information centre about tourism and recreation in Sint-Niklaas and the Waasland region.
