Berleur is located to the north of the commune of Anthisnes between the villages of Limont and Rotheux. It is located on a stem of the Condroz at an altitude of about 200 m and dominates the valleys of the Vaux stream to the north and the Magrée to the south. In reality, Berleur is made up of two small entities: Grand-Berleur to the west and Petit-Berleur to the east. Today, new buildings have been built between these two original parts of the village. The oldest houses and farmhouses were generally built of limestone.
