In Holstraat, at the height of the current Higher Technical Institute Sint Antonius, the winter edition of the Floraliën took place on January 6, 1811, in the room Le Jardin Botanique, later called Hof van Flora. The room was run by innkeeper Lanckman, the owner of the inn Au Jardin de Frascati.
