This former site of red marble extraction, currently very overgrown, includes a pit excavation in a shaded area rich in bryophytes and pteridophytes, a small scree, a small platform, and an old calcicole lawn (Mesobromion with Bromus erectus) undergoing forest recolonization. The biological interest of this site lies in the presence on the cliff of the excavation of a population of the fern Ceterach officinarum and in the maintenance of fragments of grasslands that are set to disappear if no management is carried out in the coming years.
