This quarry, inactive in 2002 (project for resuming extraction), consists of an excavation over 400 m long and a large area of spoil heaps, colonized by rubble vegetation of Rumex scutatus and Sedum album. The few temporary ponds and puddles at the bottom of the excavation are of interest to amphibians (Alytes obstetricans). The dry parts of the site are home to the Wall Lizard.
