On February 10, 2017, Riccardo Brando opened his new restaurant Cavalieri in the beautiful castle of Cantecroy. Riccardo came to Belgium 25 years ago from the deep south of Italy where he attended hotel school. For the first 11 years, Riccardo worked as a waiter in various restaurants in Antwerp and from 2003 onwards he ran Restaurant Gran Duca for almost 14 years.
In Cavalieri, Riccardo wants you to enjoy Italian gastronomy made with seasonal products. With the delicious dishes, he is very happy to suggest beautiful Italian wines that vary from 35.00€ to how far you want to go. The wine cellar also has some bottles of big names that are offered at very interesting prices.
Weather permitting, you can enjoy sun-drenched lunches or sultry dinners on the beautiful castle terrace.
