In this field you will find a textbook example of "piping". Soil material is removed underground at this location, and a tunnel (piping) is underneath. Here and there you can see that the roof of that tunnel has collapsed and caused pits in the lawn of 1/2 to 1 m deep. The deep pits are a danger to the livestock, and the owner has closed off this piping area with electric fences so that the cattle cannot get into it.
