Country estate from the 18th century. Located at Kasteellaan 6 with access made afterwards in the Neerstraat. Inhabited in the 19th century by the Blanckaert and Van Pottelsberghe de la Potterie families. Located in large garden with pond (XIX) and belvedere on ice cellar from around 1880. The current kiosk is from the 1950s. In recent history it has been inhabited by former mayor and honorary rector of Ghent University, J. Bouckaert.
