This last section of the Elsensesteenweg is once again a super diverse shopping street with a Polish and an Italian grocery store, a brown café, Les Petits Riens, the previously mentioned Dolma, delicatessens but also a skate and surf shop. The second-hand bookstore Nijinski (nr. 315) carries the name of a ballet dancer who was connected to the legendary Ballets Russes. Vaslav Nijinsky was of Polish origin, just like the first operator of this business – it can be that simple. The majority of the offerings in this bookstore, which moved here from the Kasteleinsbuurt a few years ago, is in French. But there are also works available in English and in other languages.
