The War Museum in Hooglede is located under the public librabry. Here you get an introduction to the history of WWI in Hooglede. During the war Hooglede was occupied by German soldiers. The other rooms of the museum tell the story of Hooglede during the Second World War.
Open on Mondays and Thursdays, from 16.00 to 18.00, on Wednesdays from 16.00 to 19.00, on Fridays from 15.00 to 18.00. Open on Saturdays, from 09.00 to 12.00 and on Sundays from 10.00 to 12.00. Closed on Tuesdays.
