Description

Brasserie Valduc-Thor is a brewery founded in 2017, located in Thorembais-Saint-Trond in the municipality of Perwez in Belgium. It mainly brews the beer brand "Valduc" as well as custom beers. The birth of this brewery is the result of the collaboration of two friends met during their master's degree in brewing engineering on the benches of the Faculty, in the brewery laboratories of the Catholic University of Louvain. Antoine Limbourg, a bio-engineer by training, developed the Rio in 2014 before meeting Peter Gerard, a brewery engineer. In 2016, they combined their skills to create their own brewery. They built a brand new production unit in Thorembais-Saint-Trond, a stone's throw from an old brewery that had disappeared, the Meurice-Hanquet brewery. The first brew takes place on April 6, 2017.
