The Ring cycle path runs from the Scheldt quays near the Kennedy tunnel to the Sportpaleis in Merksem, parallel to the Antwerp Ring road. It is a green alternative for cyclists who want to get around Antwerp. There are parks, benches, and playgrounds at various points along the path.
