The locals call Nachtegalenpark the “lungs” of the city. Many of them come here to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature in the 90 hectares of greenery of the Vogelzang, Den Brandt and Middelheim parks. Middelheim Museum is definitely a must-see. Here you can see works by Auguste Rodin, Henry Moore, Ai Weiwei and many, many others. The open-air sculpture museum provides a unique overview of more than one hundred years of visual art.
