The Bentille Creek is the only creek south of the Leopold Canal. Perhaps she was connected to the Burekreek before digging the canal. This creek has a very erratic course and is surrounded by sandy soils, unlike the other creeks. As a result, it has a different riparian vegetation. This creek is the only one, around which there are many trees and shrubs, and therefore looks unique. It can also be fished. The piece of land between the Leopold Canal and the creek was destined a few years ago to plant a native forest. It is now managed by Natuurpunt.
