The Sint-Pietersbos is part of the larger Muziekbos complex. The Sint-Pietersbos is a very varied forest and is particularly hilly. Characteristic of the Sint-Pietersbos are the numerous springs, amphitheaters, spring brooks, and the (spring) flora. The variation in vegetation is reflected in a diversity of plant species. Also particularly noticeable are the sometimes quite large amounts of dead wood on which mushrooms can be found, among other things.
