The Chapel of Our Lady of Help is a chapel located in Esen, a part of the West Flanders municipality of Diksmuide, situated at the corner of Esenstraat and Kapelhoekstraat.
The original chapel was built in 1664, following the discovery of a statue of Mary in a tree in 1570 or the early 17th century. Efforts were made to relocate the statue to St. Peter's Church, but it miraculously returned to the tree each time. During the French period, the chapel was sold to a private owner, but in 1863, the parish regained possession of it.
