It is no coincidence that the chapel of Our Lady of Sorrows is located on the corner of the Procession Road. For years, processions and pilgrimages stopped here, even those of Tremelo. The white lime layer hides a traditional brick and sandstone style.
Remarkable is the stone that was placed above the arched window and on which a mill iron was depicted. A mill iron was used to hold the millstone firmly in place. By the way, it was miller Jacob Pelgrims who had the chapel built in 1755.
Take a look inside at the gilded votive heart with crown and halo and the various statuettes of saints.
