Description

The Vogelzangpark was inaugurated during the Brussels Water Days of 2019. The narrow strip between the Vogelzangbeek and the Erasmus hospital site was set up as a resting place for humans and animals. What also makes it special is the unique meditation trail that was developed in collaboration with the Psychiatry and Physiotherapy departments of the Erasmus Hospital with the support of Brussels Environment. In the idyllic nature reserve there are six panels with instructions. They carry a QR code to do the exercises, with the mobile phone at hand, on site. Or to (re)listen to the downloaded program at home.
