Stretching south of Huy, along a small tributary of the Meuse, this vast underground system consists of two caves, the Manto Hole and the St-Etienne Cave. The complex is a major site for bat hibernation. In recent years, several species have been identified as highly threatened on a regional scale, such as the lesser horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus hipposideros) and the scallop-eared vespertilion (Myotis emarginatus).
To go back down, we first go up to go around the Trou Manto on the left. At the top, follow the path to the right, and descend (several paths intersect but all arrive at the bottom) towards the river.
