Musée de la forêt, des lavandières, des tools d'autrefois

"Musée des outils d'autrefois" is an open-air museum that illustrates the various activities in the forest through wooden characters (in the "lavoir", accessible to the public).

2 km further in Botassart there are many places of interest.

Place of pilgrimage "Domaine Marial de Botassart": at the entrance of the village of Botassart there is a white stone monument with a statue of the Virgin Mary, on which is written in a halo: "I am the Immaculate Conception". This Maria monument was erected around 1935: the villagers moved the large white stones from their fields to erect this monument. The statue of the Virgin Mary was replaced in the 1990s, after the previous one was broken by a storm.

The Fairey Battle was a single-engine light bomber of all-metal construction, with retractable landing gear. It had a crew of three, seated one behind the other under a continuous glass cockpit: pilot, navigator and gunner.
