The Charlier House, sometimes referred to as the Collard House or the Bourguet Garage, is the most representative Art Nouveau building in the Belgian city of Spa and one of the most remarkable in the province of Liège.
This imposing four-story building with two bays is located in the heart of Spa, just steps away from the Pouhon Pierre le Grand on Market Street at No. 26. It is considered the most beautiful Art Nouveau achievement in Spa.
