Located on the Moulin du Ruy to Stavelot road , just before the Bois de dessus Roanne , this bench overlooks the Roannay valley and the village of Moulin du Ruy.
The Roannay is a tributary of the Amel . It rises on the plateau of the High Pans near Francorchamps. The valley quickly takes the form of a heavily forested and sparsely populated valley . Then the valley takes on a sort of pastoral aspect and there are more meadows interspersed with wooded areas. Beautiful views caress the eyes of many hikers.
