The unique training meadow of the Kempense Schapendrijvers vzw makes it clear. This area has something to do with four-legged wool suppliers. The name The Lost Sheep refers to a legend about a quarrel between two shepherds.
One accused the other of stealing a sheep. The other denied, but determined that he did indeed have one sheep too many. Admitting this would make him a thief, so he came up with a plan. He slaughtered the sheep in question and made peace with his colleague under the pleasures of a delicious sheep's leg. The aggrieved colleague did not realize that he was eating his own sheep.
