In the late 1880s a dairy was built with the intention of turning it into a model dairy. However, it was not a success. After just a few months, the company was converted into an agricultural business and later into an inn. In the buzz cafe where the day trippers went they could get a fresh pinit of milk. And so the dairy was still able to live up to its name.
The dairy is currently a caretaker's house, but in 2022 a 50-year concession was granted by the municipality and a B&B was planned.
