On the Tiegemberg you will find the Bergmolen and the Belvédère on the Meuleberg, but unfortunately they are privately owned and not easy to see.
The original mill dates from 1880, was damaged in the First World War and brought down in 1936 for a Herman Teirlinck film. In 1970 it was restored again.
In 1981 the farm where the mill stood was sold and a fenced villa was built. In 1986 the mill was demolished and rebuilt a few meters further with subsidies.
Further on the Meuleberg is the artist's house with studio Huis ten Berghe, built in 1908 by order of Vital Moreels for the painter Valerius de Saedeleer, who stayed in the villa from 1908 to 1914. During his stay he was visited by Stijn Streuvels and Gustaaf, among others. of the Desert.
