The Anseremme hydroelectric power station will be commissioned in 2021. It produces almost 7 million kWh/year, which is the annual consumption of almost 2,000 households. To do this, 15,000 liters of water flows through each of the 5 turbines per second. The special thing about the power station is that in the event of a flood, it can be raised above the water level in 30 minutes (see the metal pilasters on both sides). The power station is connected to the dam that regulates the flow rate, so that it always receives information about the maximum flow rate that it is allowed to use.
