This corner house (1923), formerly owned by Baron Crombez, is the finest example of Norman style on the West Coast. The base is made of broken stone with a blue stone frame around the segment-arch basement windows. The façades of the ground floor have a checkerboard decoration with alternating "tiles" in brick and sandstone. The second floor features pseudo-half-timbering with wooden balusters. Various dormers and a polygonal corner turret. The side and rear façades have a similar appearance.
