Questa casa d'angolo (1923), ex proprietà del barone Crombez, è il più bel esempio di stile normanno sulla costa occidentale. Il basamento è realizzato in pietra fratturata con una cornice in ardesia attorno alle finestre della cantina ad arco segmentato. Le facciate del piano terra presentano una decorazione a scacchi con "piastrelle" alternate in mattoni e pietra arenaria. Il secondo piano mostra pseudo-travi a vista con balaustre in legno. Diverse mansarde e un torretto poligonale. Le facciate laterali e posteriore hanno un aspetto analogo.
