This war memorial is located near the Sint-Martinuskerk in Crupet.
This memorial commemorates the residents of Crupet who were killed or missing in the First World War.
For a small village, this monument is quite imposing. It testifies to the fervor of the population in favor of the veterans.
Crupet was largely spared the horror of the Germans. There is only one civilian victim, Alphons Pierret (1877-1914) who was killed by a sniper when he came back from the castle on his bicycle.
