When you walk from the Demer car park into the street, you will be surprised by the sharp gaze of an eagle.

TUZQ was one of the designers for an eagle at City Hall, but his proposal didn't make it, although it was a close neck-and-neck race. But we see his eagle in this little alley. The place is perhaps a bit unfortunate because the bend in the road makes it difficult to admire the bird in its full splendor.

Lars Van Cauwenbergh AKA TUZQ stands out for his rather realistic images in which a certain poetry is always hidden. In Testelt, near Scherpenheuvel-Zichem, you can see his mural of a fox that was voted Best of Belgium in 2021 out of more than 100 works of art.
