Description

From this place you have a last view of the village of Burg-Reuland before you continue to Weweler. The old church road that led the parishioners from the castle to the Sint-Hubertuskerk is quite steep and in former times was perhaps a 'Stations of the Cross' for those who were not able to walk well. Today we see the Stations of the Cross as beautiful pictures on sturdy and large wooden crosses. Fortunately, there are a lot of rest benches along the route today. Also pay attention to the bushes along the road. In the autumn you can see the blueberries of blackthorn here. These berries were drawn in alcohol.
